As you may know, the state of California is moving toward new assessments to go along with the Common Core standards. These assessments will be done online.
To give students, parents and teachers a chance to see what the new tests are like, California has made sample assessments for ELA (English Language Arts) and math available online. We encourage you to go through these this summer to get an idea of what's expected and how the tests will work.
